In brief
Liquid's AI Automation Sprint is a 30-day project at a fixed price of €3,000. In the first week we map the company's processes with the owner and managers and, at the end of the week, pick with them the 2–3 repetitive activities with the most impact. From the second week we build them and, by the end of the month, put them into production with automation and artificial intelligence. It can be renewed month by month.
Who it's for
For SMEs that feel they lose hours to repetitive activities but don't know which to start with. The owner has the hunch (“we could automate this here”) and lacks the time to turn it into a project. The Sprint is for that: one month, one price, a result in production.
What you have at the end of the month
- 2–3 automations in production, connected to the software you already use
- The company's process map, with hours and people involved for each process
- The estimate of hours saved by each automation delivered
- The people involved trained to use and supervise the automations
- A plan of further automations ranked by impact, with timing and costs
Examples of what gets automated in a Sprint
- Orders received on WhatsApp or by email entered into the management system
- Delivery notes and supplier invoices read and recorded
- Website enquiries sorted, logged in the CRM and followed up with reminders
- Weekly reports compiled automatically from several programs
- Quote drafts prepared from the customer's request
What's included and what isn't
Included are analysis, development, testing, going live and training for the agreed automations. Excluded are the running costs of external services, such as the WhatsApp or AI model APIs, which are usually a few euros or tens of euros a month and are registered to the company. A complete software product, such as a custom CRM or management system, is quoted separately.
After the first month
You can stop there: the automations are yours and keep running. Or continue with a second month on the next activities in the plan, on the same terms. No minimum term.
